Fair Play Policy

FightPool™ is designed to provide a fair and competitive environment for all participants. Players are expected to participate honestly and may not attempt to exploit, manipulate, or interfere with the platform or its scoring systems.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Use of bots, scripts, or automated software
  • Collusion between players to manipulate outcomes
  • Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities
  • Submitting fraudulent or misleading information
  • Attempting to interfere with platform functionality or scoring systems

FightPool reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and may suspend, disqualify, or remove participants who violate these policies. All decisions regarding rule enforcement and fair play are made at the sole discretion of FightPool.

Platform Rights & Rule Modifications

FightPool reserves the right to modify, update, or clarify game rules, scoring structures, contest formats, or platform features at any time in order to maintain fairness, security, and proper platform operation.

In the event of technical errors, system malfunctions, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect contest integrity, FightPool may adjust scoring, suspend contests, or take corrective action as necessary. FightPool also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify contests if required to maintain fair competition or comply with applicable laws and regulations. All interpretations of rules and scoring decisions are final and remain at the sole discretion of FightPool.

Skill-Based Competition Disclosure

FightPool™ is a skill-based prediction game designed to reward knowledge of mixed martial arts, strategic decision-making, and analytical accuracy. Participants earn points by predicting the winning fighter, method of victory, and round in which the fight concludes.

Because scoring rewards analytical accuracy across multiple independent predictions, contest outcomes are determined primarily by player skill rather than chance. FightPool contests are intended for entertainment purposes and may be subject to eligibility requirements depending on jurisdiction.

Independent Platform / No Official Affiliation

FightPool™ is an independent entertainment platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by:

  • Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC)
  • TKO Group Holdings
  • Any UFC athletes, fighters, managers, promoters, or promotional partners

All trademarks, fighter names, event names, and promotional materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive and informational purposes.

Entertainment Use & No Wagering Disclosure

FightPool™ is an entertainment-based companion game designed to enhance the experience of watching mixed martial arts events. FightPool does not currently accept wagers, bets, or gambling transactions of any kind. The platform does not operate as a sportsbook and does not facilitate betting between participants.

FightPool is currently in an active research and development (R&D) stage. Participation on the platform is intended solely for entertainment and gameplay purposes while watching MMA events. Players compete by making predictions and earning points based on fight outcomes. FightPool does not manage, collect, distribute, or guarantee funds related to wagering activity.

In the future, certain platform features may be offered through licensed gaming operators or authorized partners in jurisdictions where such activities are permitted by law.

Intellectual Property Notice

FightPool™ is a proprietary game system developed by Mario DiLorenzo and Glenn Drake. The FightPool platform, scoring structure, gameplay mechanics, software architecture, and related systems are Patent Pending and protected intellectual property.

Unauthorized copying, replication, reverse engineering, redistribution, derivative works, or commercial use of the FightPool™ system, mechanics, or platform design may constitute intellectual property infringement and may result in legal action. FightPool™ and associated marks are the property of FightPool and may not be used without written permission. All rights reserved.

Platform Integrity

FightPool is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and secure gameplay environment. The platform may monitor gameplay activity and system interactions to detect irregular behavior, attempts to manipulate scoring systems, or other activities that may compromise platform integrity. FightPool reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and implement safeguards necessary to protect the fairness and reliability of the platform. Users found to be engaging in behavior that undermines the integrity of the platform may be subject to account suspension, disqualification, or removal from the platform.

Official Result Determination

All fight results used for scoring purposes on FightPool are based on the official bout outcome at the time the result is announced by the governing athletic commission or event promoter.

If a fight result is later overturned, changed, or reclassified after the official announcement (including but not limited to overturned decisions, overturned finishes, or retroactive rulings), the original announced result will remain the official result for FightPool scoring purposes. This policy ensures consistency and fairness across all contests and prevents retroactive changes to completed competitions.
