User Agreement

Terms of Service

This User Agreement governs access to and use of the FightPool™ platform, website, and related services. By creating an account or using the FightPool platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the FightPool platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a FightPool account, you confirm that you have read and agree to the FightPool User Agreement and Platform Policies. These terms apply to all users of the FightPool platform. FightPool reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

To create a FightPool account, users must meet the following requirements:

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Provide accurate and truthful registration information
  • Not be prohibited from participating in online gaming or prediction platforms under applicable laws

FightPool reserves the right to verify user eligibility and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Account Registration

Users must create an account to participate in FightPool contests. Users agree to provide accurate information during the registration process and to maintain updated account information when necessary. FightPool reserves the right to refuse account creation or restrict access to the platform at its discretion.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. All activity conducted under a user's account is the responsibility of the account holder. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used by multiple individuals. FightPool reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Identity Verification

FightPool may request identity verification in order to confirm eligibility and maintain compliance with platform policies. Failure to provide requested verification information may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.

User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in conduct that interferes with the operation or fairness of the platform. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Use of bots or automated tools
  • Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities
  • Manipulating contest outcomes
  • Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users
  • Attempting to access restricted platform systems

FightPool reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited behavior.

Platform Availability

FightPool may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis and FightPool does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. FightPool is not responsible for service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party service disruptions. FightPool™ reserves the right to suspend platform access for maintenance, upgrades, or security measures without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

FightPool™, including its gameplay mechanics, scoring system, algorithms, platform design, branding, and related software, is protected intellectual property. The FightPool system is Patent Pending. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any portion of the FightPool platform without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

No Wagering or Gambling

FightPool™ does not accept wagers, bets, or gambling transactions. FightPool™ does not operate as a sportsbook. FightPool™ is a skill-based entertainment platform currently in active research and development.

Limitation of Liability

FightPool is provided for entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FightPool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform. Users participate on the platform at their own discretion.

Account Suspension or Termination

FightPool reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violations of platform policies
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of the platform
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

All enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of FightPool.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which FightPool operates. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved under the applicable legal framework.
